FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

Everything teams ask before connecting their account — how Bach works, what it costs, and how your data stays safe.

Getting started

What is Bach.ai?

Bach.ai is an agentic Meta Ads operator for e-commerce brands. It audits your ad account, ranks every revenue leak by the money it costs you, and — once you approve — executes the fixes directly on Meta. It is an operator that does the work, not another dashboard to read.

How does the free audit work?

Connect your Meta Ads account and Bach runs 100+ checks across structure, creative, audience, budget and tracking. In minutes you get a ranked list of revenue leaks, each with the money it costs and a one-tap fix. No credit card to start.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. The Starter and Pro plans include a 7-day free trial with no credit card up front. You can run a full audit before you ever pay.

How long does setup take?

A few minutes. You connect your Meta Ads account, Bach pulls your data, and the first audit runs automatically. There is nothing to install.

Which ad platforms does Bach support?

Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) — Bach audits and, on your approval, executes. Google Ads intelligence (audit and insights) is available on the Starter plan and above; full Google Ads execution is on the roadmap.

Which e-commerce platforms do you work with?

Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento and Wix. Connecting your store lets Bach tie ad spend to real revenue for true ROAS and MER.

How Bach works

Is Bach just another dashboard?

No. Most tools hand you charts and leave the work to you. Bach proposes the exact fix with its expected money impact, and once you approve, it makes the change on Meta and keeps watching.

Will Bach change my campaigns without asking?

Never. Bach stays read-only until you approve a change. Every action is a proposal you accept with one tap and every action is logged. When Meta supports a safe rollback for that action, Bach makes the rollback available; otherwise it shows the exact change so you can review the next step.

How does it find wasted spend?

Bach scores your account against its own 12-month history — not a generic industry benchmark — across audience overlap, creative fatigue, budget pacing, bidding and tracking. Each leak is sized in recoverable spend so you fix the biggest one first.

Does it use my data or generic benchmarks?

Your own account history. Every finding is real for your account, which is why the dollar figures are specific rather than a vague "industry average".

Can Bach help with creative?

Yes. Bach tracks each creative’s performance curve, flags the exact moment a winner starts to fatigue, and suggests the next angle to test. The Pro plan can also generate new creative.

Does it support Advantage+ Shopping and CBO?

Yes. Bach audits Advantage+ Shopping and Campaign Budget Optimization setup, flags misconfigurations, and recommends the structure top e-commerce brands use.

Do I need to know how to prompt Bach?

No. Ask in plain language — "why did ROAS drop?", "what should I scale?" — and Bach answers from your own account data, then proposes the exact fix. No prompt engineering required.

Will Bach replace my marketing team or agency?

No — it makes them sharper. Bach does the relentless grunt-work: auditing the account, sizing every leak in real money, and drafting the exact fix. You and your team still set the strategy and approve every change — you just spend that time on high-leverage decisions instead of digging through Ads Manager. Most operators use Bach to do more with the team they have, not to replace it.

Pricing & billing

How much does Bach cost?

There is a Free plan ($0, one audit a month), Starter at $99/month, and Pro at $149/month. Agencies get custom pricing. You can compare every plan on the pricing page.

Is there really a free trial?

Yes — Starter and Pro include a 7-day free trial with no credit card. The Free plan stays free, with one audit a month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no lock-in and no cancellation fee — our refund policy covers the specifics. You keep access through the end of the period you have paid for.

Can I change plans later?

Anytime, from your billing settings — upgrade when you need creative generation or Guardian Auto-Pilot, or move down a tier if your needs change.

What counts as a "brand"?

One brand is one Meta ad account and its store. Starter and Pro each cover a single brand; the Agency plan covers up to 20.

Data & security

Is my Meta data safe?

Yes. Bach is read-only until you approve a change, your access tokens are encrypted at rest, and nothing on your account is altered without a one-tap approval that you can reverse.

Do you store my Meta access token?

Your token is encrypted before it is stored and is never exposed in the product or shown to anyone. It is used only to read your account and to make the changes you approve.

Can I revoke access?

Yes, at any time — from Bach or from your Meta settings. Revoking access immediately stops Bach from reading or changing anything.

Who can see my account data?

Only you. Bach is built to operate your account, not to surveil it — there is no data resale and no human snooping through your campaigns.

Will my data be used to train AI models?

No. Your account data is used only to run your audit and take the actions you approve. It is never used to train AI models, and never shared with or sold to anyone else.

For agencies

Does Bach work for agencies with multiple clients?

Yes. Agencies use Bach to audit every client’s Meta ad account in minutes and surface wasted spend before the client does. The Agency plan covers up to 20 brands.

Can I produce white-label reports?

Yes — white-label reports, multi-account management and cross-brand comparison are included on the Agency plan.
