This Cookie Policy explains how Bach.ai — operated by Wittelsbach Private Limited — uses cookies and similar technologies on https://www.wittelsbach.ai. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a site stores on your device. “Similar technologies” include browser storage such as localStorage and sessionStorage. We group them into essential (needed to run the site and remember your choices), analytics and advertising measurement (optional, and loaded only if you agree).
2. Your choice comes first
Your first visit shows a banner asking you to Accept or Decline optional analytics and advertising measurement. These tools load only after you accept. We ask again when the set of providers changes. If you decline, these tools do not load. Privacy-friendly, cookieless traffic measurement (see the table) may still run, because it stores nothing on your device and is designed not to identify individual visitors.
3. Cookies and similar technologies we use
We enable the analytics tools below only when they are configured, and the consent-gated ones load solely after you accept:

The configured Meta Pixel measures consented page visits and advisory actions. OpenAI advertising measurement runs only on the advisory sales page after consent. When configured for live delivery, its server Conversions API reports newly accepted briefs and verified consultation payments with that consent. Paid events are queued only after Razorpay payment is verified, use a stable event identifier for retries, and contain no brief answers or booking access token. Withdrawal cancels a paid event that has not entered provider delivery. A request already in flight may complete, and an event already received by a provider cannot be recalled.
The booking utility pages /advisory/thanks, /advisory/connect and /advisory/meta-return deliberately load no analytics, whatever you chose. They use fresh documents so analytics loaded on another page cannot carry into them. Essential security and service logs still operate on our servers.
Payment opens on Razorpay after you submit the brief. The scheduling calendar opens on Calendly only when you follow its link after verified payment. Those external services apply their own privacy and cookie policies; we do not embed their calendar or payment form on the advisory landing page.
4. Changing your choice or removing cookies
- Change your consent: use Cookie settings in the footer to accept or decline again. You can also clear this site’s browser storage and reload to see the banner again.
- Block or delete cookies: every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its privacy settings. Doing so is safe here, though your consent choice will be forgotten and we’ll ask again.
5. Third-party tools
The analytics tools above are provided by third parties who process data on our behalf under contract. Their own handling of data is governed by their policies; we enable only the privacy-protective settings described here (for example, IP anonymisation in Google Analytics).
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our site or the tools we use change. The current version is always on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
