Birch Pricing 2026, What Revealbot Costs Now
How much does Birch (formerly Revealbot) cost?
Birch prices by monthly ad spend across all connected accounts. Up to $10K of spend, Essential is $49 a month and Pro, which carries automated rules, is $99 on monthly billing. Pro rises to $249 at $30K and $499 at $75K, and Enterprise is priced on request (as of 2 Oct 2026).
Birch, the tool that used to be called Revealbot, charges by how much you spend on ads, summed across every account you connect. Two self-serve plans, Essential and Pro, cover up to $150K and $500K of monthly spend; above that, Enterprise is a custom quote. Pro, the plan with automated rules, starts at $99 a month.
Bach.ai is our product and competes with Birch for some buyers, so this post keeps to Birch’s own figures. Each price was read on Birch’s pricing page on 2 Oct 2026. The product comparison is in Should I use Bach.ai or Birch (Revealbot) for Meta ads?
Is Revealbot the same as Birch?
Yes. The pricing page is titled “Pricing | Birch (Revealbot)”, and Revealbot’s old help-center links now redirect to Birch’s help center (About additional charges). If you are looking up Revealbot pricing in 2026, Birch’s page is the one that applies.
How much does Birch cost at each ad-spend tier?
Birch’s spend slider runs in seven steps. These are its prices on monthly billing, plus Pro billed annually, as of 2 Oct 2026:
| Monthly ad spend, up to | Essential, monthly | Pro, monthly | Pro, billed annually | Pro overage rate |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $10K | $49/mo | $99/mo | $91/mo ($1,090/yr) | 1% |
| $30K | $149/mo | $249/mo | $228/mo ($2,740/yr) | 0.83% |
| $75K | $299/mo | $499/mo | $458/mo ($5,490/yr) | 0.67% |
| $150K | $499/mo | $799/mo | $733/mo ($8,790/yr) | 0.53% |
| $300K | Not offered | $1,299/mo | $1,191/mo ($14,290/yr) | 0.43% |
| $500K | Not offered | $1,799/mo | $1,649/mo ($19,790/yr) | 0.36% |
| $500K+ | Not offered | Enterprise, “Let’s chat” | Custom | “No limits and no overages” |
Essential billed annually is $45 a month ($540 a year) at up to $10K, $137 at $30K, $274 at $75K and $458 at $150K. The slider hides Essential above $150K and Pro above $500K, which leaves Enterprise.
“Monthly ad spend” means the total across all ad accounts you connect to Birch: Meta, Google, Snapchat and TikTok, per its FAQ. Two Meta accounts spending $6K each put you in the $30K tier, not the $10K one.
What do you get on Essential and on Pro?
The plan cards split the features like this (Birch pricing):
- Essential: workspaces with Overview, post boosting, reports, the Activity page, a Slack integration and email support.
- Pro: everything in Essential plus “Automated rules and strategies”, Explorer, Launcher, Stage (free version), top audiences, custom metrics and timeframes, a custom and lookalike audience builder, integrations such as Google Sheets, AppsFlyer and Hyros, and live-chat support.
- Enterprise: everything in Pro plus Stage (unlimited), onboarding help, tech setup help and premium support.
One FAQ answer on the same page says “All Bïrch features are available irrespective of the selected plan”. That sits oddly with the plan cards, which place rules on Pro. If rules are the reason you are buying, confirm with Birch which plan includes them before you pick Essential.
How do Birch’s overage fees work?
On monthly billing, going over your tier’s spend limit adds a percentage of the excess to the next bill, and service carries on. Birch’s help center gives the example: on the $249 Pro plan with a $30,000 limit, $35,000 of spend adds $5,000 × 0.83% = $41.50 (About additional charges).
Annual plans work differently. There is no overage charge, but if you exceed the limit, your rules and reports keep running while you cannot edit them or create new ones until the next month. That matters if you scale in a hurry: on an annual plan, a big month can freeze your rule edits exactly when you need them.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes, by about 8% on the page’s own numbers. The FAQ says “you get 12 months for the price of 11”, and the figures match that: Pro at up to $10K is $1,090 a year against $1,188 for 12 monthly payments of $99. The billing toggle carries a “-20%” label, but none of the tier prices we checked comes to 20% off, so go by the dollar figures.
To decide, run three numbers:
- Take your expected monthly spend for the next 12 months, across all accounts you will connect.
- Find the tier that covers your highest month, not your average, if you choose annual billing.
- Compare that annual price with the monthly price of your usual tier plus likely overages.
Is there a free trial, and what happens after it?
There is a 14-day free trial that unlocks every Birch feature, and the page says no credit card is required. When it ends, “your automated rules and reports will be disabled” until you choose a plan. You can cancel any time from the billing page, and the subscription runs to the end of the current billing cycle (Birch pricing).
What does Birch Hub cost?
Hub, Birch’s server-side tracking for Meta, is priced separately by tracked events per gateway, as of 2 Oct 2026: 10,000 events a month free, 500,000 for $10, 5,000,000 for $49, 20,000,000 for $149, 50,000,000 for $249 and 150,000,000 for $499. The FAQ says there are no overage fees: past your plan, you pay the same rate per extra event.
What does the same spend cost on other tools?
At three spend levels, monthly billing, as of 2 Oct 2026:
- $10K: Birch Pro $99; Madgicx $129 at $5K to $10K; Bach.ai Starter $99.
- $30K: Birch Pro $249; Madgicx $329; Bach.ai Starter $299.
- $75K: Birch Pro $499; Madgicx’s price is shown only in its app; Bach.ai Starter $749.
Bach.ai’s price comes from a formula: Starter $99/mo and Pro $149/mo, each including $10k/mo of ad spend, then 1% (Starter) or 1.5% (Pro) of spend above $10k. Free is a 7-day full trial with no card, then 1 audit a month. At $30k on Starter that is $99 + 1% × $20k = $299. Price is only half the choice; the jobs differ, and What are the best Revealbot (Birch) alternatives in 2026? matches each tool to its job. The feature table is on Bach.ai or Birch (Revealbot) — which should you pick?.
When is Bach.ai the wrong choice?
When you want rules that act without asking you, or you spend heavily. Bach.ai audits a Meta account daily, finds revenue leaks with an estimated revenue impact, proposes fixes and applies a change on Meta only after you approve it. It does not manage TikTok or Snapchat ads, and Google Ads is audit and insights only. At $75K of monthly spend, Birch Pro’s $499 is well below Bach.ai Starter’s $749. FAQ
Is Birch free?
No, but it has a 14-day free trial with no credit card, and the trial includes all features. Birch Hub, the separate server-side tracking product, is free up to 10,000 tracked events a month per gateway (as of 2 Oct 2026).
What is the cheapest Birch plan?
Essential billed annually, at $45 a month ($540 a year) for up to $10K of monthly ad spend. On monthly billing it is $49. Pro, which the plan cards list with automated rules, starts at $99 a month on monthly billing (as of 2 Oct 2026).
Does Birch charge a percentage of ad spend?
Only above your tier’s limit, on monthly billing. Within a tier the price is fixed. Over the limit, Birch adds an overage of 0.33% to 1% of the excess, depending on plan and tier; annual plans pause rule editing instead of charging (as of 2 Oct 2026).
Did Revealbot’s pricing change when it became Birch?
We can only speak to the current page. Birch’s pricing today is the spend-tiered Essential, Pro and Enterprise structure above, and Revealbot’s old help-center links redirect to Birch’s. We did not compare it with historical Revealbot prices (checked 2 Oct 2026).
