Is there really a free trial?
Yes. Starter and Pro come with a 7-day free trial and no credit card up front — connect your Meta account and run a full audit before you pay anything. There is also a Free plan that stays free, with one audit a month.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. When the 7 days are up you choose a paid plan to keep your full audits and Bach.ai, or drop to the Free plan (one audit a month). No card means no surprise bill.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are self-serve and month-to-month with no lock-in and no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See our Refund Policy for the details. Read the Refund Policy.
What counts as a “brand”?
A brand is your store plus the Meta ad account(s) connected to it. You pay per brand — add a brand, add a plan. Starter covers 1 brand with 1 Meta ad account. Pro covers 1 brand with up to 2 Meta ad accounts. Agency covers up to 20 brands, each with up to 2 Meta ad accounts. Grouping two ad accounts into one brand needs Pro or Agency.
How is my price calculated?
Starter and Pro include up to $10k/mo of ad spend at $99 and $149. Above that, Starter adds 1% and Pro 1.5% of the spend above $10k — so a $30k/mo account is $99 + $200 = $299 on Starter or $149 + $300 = $449 on Pro, and a $50k/mo account is $499 on Starter or $749 on Pro. If a brand groups two Meta ad accounts (Pro or Agency), the spend used for this calculation is the sum across both accounts. Drag the slider on this page to see your exact price.
